If your student has a change in college plans, contact us directly and we will adjust accordingly. 

Shipping for each box is included with the purchase and boxes will be addressed directly to the student. If the student resides on campus, boxes may be delivered to a central mail delivery location according to each higher institution’s policies for student mail. Boxes are shipped on or before the published shipping date. However, once the box leaves our facility, shipping issues are best handled directly with the carrier.
